I have a friend that ate green beans faithfully for about three weeks and lost a lot of weight. However, her new body quickly faded after her old eating habits resurfaced.

Going from one extreme to another just doesn't work. At least not for the long-term.

The Biggest Loser-After The Show

I had an interesting thought last night. I know that people have been very successful on the Biggest Loser, but can you continue the same routine alone-absent of the trainers, strict food regimen, etc.

Of course money is a great motivator for staying on track, but is it enough to keep you interested and motivated in the long run? I believe that in the early stages it will definitely past the test, but I am not too sure about what it will do for the long hall.

If you are an emotional eater are a few confined months in weight loss camp enough?

Emotional Eating

I am a firm believer that overeating is an addiction. I know that lack of exercise and poor eating habits are largely to blame, but I think that we are missing the point when we do not look at the reason behind our over consumption of food.

Emotional eating is definitely a topic worth exploring. If you are an emotional eater please tell your story. I am sure that it will help someone who is struggling with the same addiction. If you believe that emotional eating is really an excuse that people use for being overweight I would like to hear from you too.

For more information on this topic visit www.eating-emotionally.com
